Featuring the Advanced Dribble Bow, this stick delivers excellent control, a forgiving feel, and reliable performance for players at the early stages of their hockey journey.
Ideal for juniors, youth players, and developing seniors, the ADB 30 helps players improve ball control, passing accuracy, and basic skills while remaining easy and comfortable to use.
🌌 Cosmic Range – Inspired by the Unknown
Born from the energy of the universe, the Cosmic Range celebrates limitless potential. Metallic and foil detailing reflect the glow of distant galaxies, while advanced composite construction delivers durability and confidence-inspiring performance.
Inspired by the unknown. Engineered for control. Designed for those who dare to play out of this world.
🎯 Advanced Dribble Bow – Built for Skill Development
The Advanced Dribble Bow (ADB) shape is perfectly suited to players learning modern hockey skills. With a 24mm bow positioned at 250mm, the ADB profile promotes smooth dribbling, clean passing, and controlled striking while remaining forgiving and easy to handle.
Developed in collaboration with international forwards, midfielders, and defenders, this shape offers a natural feel that supports players in every position.
⚡ 30% Carbon Construction – Soft Feel & Forgiving Control
With a 30% carbon construction, the ADB 30 prioritises comfort, durability, and control. The higher aramid and fibreglass content reduces vibration and increases forgiveness, making it ideal for players still developing technique or transitioning from beginner-level sticks.
This construction provides a softer touch, helping players gain confidence when receiving, carrying, and striking the ball — especially in colder conditions.
🔥 Blade & Head Design for Progression
The thinned blade profile helps players get under the ball more easily, supporting the development of lifting and basic aerial skills. A reduced head design combined with the balanced toe geometry improves agility, reverse control, and ball handling in tight spaces.

- 36.5" and 37.5" are senior length sticks and you can have either of these depending on which is the most comfortable to use.
What Size of Hockey Stick Do I Need?
Hockey stick length can affect your game and control the ball and hitting capability. As a result, you need to find out the right hockey stick size for you. We would always use this as a guide for kids and players that are starting off their hockey journey.
There are so many different ways of measuring or finding out the size of a hockey stick. Some ask you to put the hockey stick in your armpit, some ask you to guess from the player’s height, and some think it’s dependent on the moon's position!
At Total-Hockey, we use the easiest and simplest method, the 'Belly Button' method. All you need for this to work is a measuring tape and the player that needs a new stick size.
To get the right length, this method requires you to use a measuring tape to measure from the middle of the belly button to the floor in inches. That is it, how simple was that!
Now That I Have the Size, What Next?
Now you have the distance between the belly button and the floor in inches; you have to equate that now to stick lengths. You can match the measures sized in the table below and find the adequate stick size for you.
