total-hockey is a UK based company and we comply with UK Consumer law. This includes the Distance Selling Regulations, which give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible, so our policy allows you to make a return up to 21 days from receipt.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of requiring to return goods to us please follow these instructions to avoid delay.

i) When returning goods to us you the customer are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us.

ii) You should return any product in its original product packaging within 21 days of receipt of the item along with all related paperwork using a suitably insured means that covers the full value of the goods. Please retain your receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.

iii) If a refund is required it will be for the value of the goods returned and not the origonal P&P.

iv) If you are returning goods which you have selected and are not the correct size and you wish to exchange them, then you will be charged P&P on the new product.
